JIRO graduated from the Osaka University studying Economics and Law.
After graduation he spent one year traveling, visiting remote mountains and sea resorts. On returning back to Japan he worked in a detective office, as a DTP operator, in an advertising company, in a magazine production company and finally working as an illustrator.
He creates while thinking about the seasons and the light involved in them. 'Ideas float by when I 'm taking a walk, or idly listening to music'.
