Brian Rea: New Limited Edition Screenprints for Art & Edition

Artist: Brian Rea | Publisher: ARTN Edition | Edition: 25 per colourway

American artist and illustrator Brian Rea joins an internationally recognised roster of artists represented by Korean art publisher and gallery ARTN Edition, alongside celebrated names including Andy Warhol, Yayoi Kusama, KAWS, Damien Hirst, Jeff Koons, Yoshitomo Nara and Julian Opie.

For his latest release, Brian has created a collection of six limited-edition screenprints exploring the everyday gestures through which we express love, affection and connection.

Released following Kiaf SEOUL 2026, where Brian Rea's work attracted considerable attention from collectors, the new collection comprises two compositions, LYSSNANDE and BIG KRAMAR, each produced in three colourways: blue, yellow and red.

The Swedish title LYSSNANDE, meaning 'listening', explores the quiet intimacy of giving someone your full attention. BIG KRAMAR, meaning 'big hugs', celebrates the universal language of an embrace. Together, the two works consider how seemingly simple gestures can communicate affection, reassurance and understanding.

Produced as fine art screenprints, the editions combine Brian Rea's distinctive hand-drawn linework with bold, carefully layered areas of colour. Each colourway offers a different interpretation of the original composition, retaining the spontaneity and playful visual language that characterise his illustration practice.

Each print is strictly limited to an edition of just 25, making this a particularly collectable release from the artist.

The six new Brian Rea special editions are available through ARTN Edition.
