Concrete Commissions Satoshi Hashimoto to Illustrate Caivan’s New Barrhaven Townhomes

Illustrator Satoshi Hashimoto was commissioned by Concrete to create a series of illustrations for Caivan’s new Sales Gallery in Barrhaven.

The artwork showcases key features of Caivan’s latest launch—the Two-Storey Freehold Towns at The Conservancy—including chef kitchens, ensuite bathrooms, walk-in closets, and dedicated home office spaces.

These illustrations were designed to give potential homeowners a clear sense of the layout and design focus behind these modern homes.

The project was a collaborative effort to help bring the homes to life visually and support the overall presentation of the Sales Gallery. Satoshi’s clean and accessible illustration style made it easy to highlight what makes these homes both practical and comfortable.

The Sales Gallery opens March 1st, offering visitors a chance to explore the space and learn more about the homes available.
