Illustrator Hsiao-Ron Cheng Joins the ADC Young Guns 24 Jury: 2026 Jurors and How to Enter

Taiwanese illustrator Hsiao-Ron Cheng has been selected for the ADC Young Guns 24 jury for 2026. Based in Taipei, Hsiao joins an international jury of designers, illustrators, directors, photographers and creative leaders who will select this year’s Young Guns.

ADC Young Guns is The One Club for Creativity’s international portfolio competition for creative professionals aged 30 and under. It began in New York in 1996.

What is ADC Young Guns and why is it important?

Young Guns assesses a body of work rather than a single award entry. Entrants submit six projects and at least four must be published professional work.

Its previous winners give the award useful context. The Young Guns alumni include designer Stefan Sagmeister, illustrator Christoph Niemann, designer Jessica Walsh, illustrator Olimpia Zagnoli, filmmaker Mike Mills, typographer Alex Trochut, designer Gemma O’Brien, illustrator Eiko Ojala and Oscar-winning filmmakers Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, The Daniels.

That history provides the context for Hsiao’s appointment. Hsiao-Ron Cheng now sits on the jury deciding which young creatives will join a network that includes Stefan Sagmeister, Christoph Niemann, Jessica Walsh, Olimpia Zagnoli, Eiko Ojala and The Daniels.

The guns may be young. The alumni list has had time to grow up.
