Jisu Choi is a South Korean illustrator operating on a truly international stage. Her recent clients include Louis Vuitton, Musée d’Orsay, Adidas, Macmillan, Wonderbly, FatCat Records, OMA / PLEYEL (Paris), Vivo China, Göteborg Book Fair, Hyundai, World Heritage Festival, Daesang Corporation (McCann Momentum), and the official French Blu-ray release of movie Parasite.
Her work is instantly captivating. Meticulously composed and rich in fine detail, each image rewards a second — and third — look. Sometimes bold and graphic, sometimes constructed in isometric perspective, her layered interiors unfold with precision, inviting viewers deep into carefully built worlds filled with subtle visual surprises.
Jisu’s practice also extends into animation — bringing her intricate, narrative-driven worlds vividly to life through movement.
